Trevor is playing ball this year. its still t-ball but he seems to enjoy playing a bit much more this year mainly due to the fact that Daddy is coaching. he didn't seem to want to even play this year until Matt asked him if he wanted him to coach his team. he is rather well and stays pretty focused. (more so than some of the other kids on the team) and he really loves sliding home which he does every time coming in to home plate.

When i took this picture ally had fallen asleep in the dog cage with zoie. I always find her lying in the cage with Zoie just b/c she really enjoys Zoie (mainly b/c Zoie puts up with her.. ;) ) but I sat down to eat lunch and read a book and five minutes later I hear snoring. you can even see a hint of chocolate pudding under her bottom lip...

On the topic of ally; for those of you who want to know how she is doing after her tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, she is doing great. She only took pain meds for only 3-4 days. and she is back to normal and has been for the past few days. there are a few changes like her voice sounds different. i can't pinpoint exactly whats different. maybe it doesn't sound quite so high pitch (which may go back to normal after healing completely) and she doesn't snore as much as she used to (which was A LOT and VERY LOUDLY) but shes doing fine. they said her attitude MAY get better and it may have minutely but she is still pretty much the same.

In case you are wondering why she got her tonsils taken out it was due to her dentist noticing her cross bite and thought her adenoids need to be checked out. so we took her to a ENT and they said that her tonsils were VERY large and that she had sleep apnea and other issues that were going along with sleep apnea. and so far shes sleeping quietly and shes not quite so restless while sleeping and shes not wetting the bed anymore. (lets cross our fingers and knock on wood)

I will try to do better with keeping up the blog... all I can do is try.

Hi guys.

So I know I haven't updated in a while. but my new years resolution is to do a better job with my blogs.... I am doing a lot of crafts lately and I am excited about my year of crafting this year so check often...
anyway here are some new pictures of the kiddos..

Here is a pictuer of trevor with his dragonfly that he made for the 100th day of school It has100 eyes...

Heres ally in her princess costume. she loves dressing up and does it daily... along with the little boys I watch. I wont be watching them anymore after 3-9-09 though. so I am looking forward to some alone time with allison. I think she will enjoy the break too b/c she is tired of sharing her toys everyday.. :)

Here is ally playing with my buttons. she loves my buttons.and as you can see she also makes a huge mess in the process. she also has her own fabric stash. the ladies at the fabric store give her little scraps when we come in for her own stash..

but anyway things are going good in Chas. sc. matt is testing for tech sgt on the 16th or around there. Trevor is doing good in school. He is really good in math. but we are still having a bit of an issue with sloppyness and writing letters backwards and not paying attention to sounds that a letter makes when reviewing his spelling words. I think it just comes down to laziness.
Allison is doing good. she has been getting this rash on her hands and feet and bottom. its kinda scaley and itches a little bit but when it dries out it makes her peel terribly. It looks like she has a disease when shes peeling. I made her an appt with the dr next week. for her 4 yr check up so hopefully theyll be able to tell me something then. at least its not as bad as when she was an infant with that rash on her chest. that was horrible. and trevor needs his ears checked out as well b/c we've been having to repeat ourselves quite often and last time this happened he had an ear infection. he wasnt in any pain at least but it took forever to get rid of it. we even had to see a hearing specialist who said his hearing was fine it was just an infection..
as far as I go. Im good. hoping to go back to school in the fall for ultrasound tech. but there are no programs around here for that, that I have found. Im still looking into it though...
anyway. thanks for stopping in...
